[HANDCRAFTED] EXPERIMENT 5.0 | THE REVERSE CODE

Rooted in OFDARAC’s approach of reworking what already exists, this piece explores reversal
as a method where the fabric is not just used, but reconsidered. The right and reverse sides are
treated equally, allowing contrast to emerge from within the material rather than being added
externally.
Patchwork and pin tuck detailing introduce controlled disruption, breaking the surface without
losing structure. The composition is intentional but not rigid, built through placement,
adjustment, and response rather than fixed symmetry.
Ivory anchor thread detailing runs across the front panels, exposing construction as part of the
visual language. Bronze hardware elements add a functional edge, while the hidden zipper
keeps the exterior uninterrupted and clean.
An additional internal fabric layer is applied to cover the construction from the inside, creating a
refined interior while maintaining comfort. The piece sits between raw process and controlled
finish staying jaligned with OFDARAC’s idea of imperfect precision.
